Q: How do we define a “year”?
A: A “year” for all of our benefits will follow our fiscal year which begins on Feb 1 and ends on January 31 the following year.
Your health benefits, if you choose to participate in it, will follow the calendar year beginning January 1 and ending on December 31 of the same year.
